(Senior) DevSecOps Engineer (80 – 100 %)

Your Tasks:

  • Development and implementation of complex, scalable, and highly available infrastructures, as well as their continuous optimization and maintenance 
  • Driving and promoting internal development processes through the implementation of proven DevSecOps practices and the integration of security aspects at all stages of the development cycle
  • Use of tools and platforms for automated software deployment and integration, taking security features into account
  • Implementation and optimization of Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions, including Web Application Firewall (WAF) and Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Linking technology trends with legal and industry-specific requirements
  • Advising our clients on security best practices in various areas. 
  • Collaboration with leading companies from Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and the EU

Your Skills:

  • In-depth practical experience with container infrastructures and orchestration software, particularly Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift
  • Expertise in setting up, administering, and optimizing Linux systems, including scripting, network configuration, debugging tools, as well as installation and configuration of complex software solutions
  • Comprehensive experience with GIT, CI/CD tools such as ArgoCD, Bamboo, complemented by a solid understanding in Infrastructure as Code
  • Advanced knowledge in API/API management, Kafka, use of WAF or API gateways, and monitoring solutions like Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack
  • Experience with Airlock WAF/IAM is a significant plus
  • Leadership experience is desirable
  • Willingness to be on call outside of regular working hours
  • Fluent proficiency in English is mandatory
